Select using Layers Tree

shortcuts :

G (Move)

R (Rotate)

S (Scale)

C (Crop Tool)

B (Brush Tool)

F (Bucket Tool)

Shift+A (Add Objects/Layers)

Use Shift with the shortcuts above to make assign active tool not only a fast shortcut

To insert an image just drag it and drop from the file manager

when in Move,Scale mode, press X to lock for X axis same thing for Y.
